• Show a true-to-life copy of the new CityLife spaces

PAIN POINTS

• The complexity of commercial spaces makes them difficult to visualise
• The sales department used conventional and outdated tools to manage the sale and rental of space
• Buyers were used to standard communications and quickly discarded real estate solutions

SOLUTION

• Development of a 3D model of the executive and commercial spaces in the CityLife district
• App development with information sections dedicated to F&B (Food&Beverage) and Retail spaces, and their location, size, number of rooms, availability for sale or rent

RESULTS

• Increased interest and involvement from an international audience
• Average time spent in the app is over 10 minutes
• Ongoing support to the sales force with an updated and "Always on" App
